• Macintosh Users, please use Netscape, Mozzila, or Firefox as your browser to access HeritageQuest Online.  There is a known issue using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
• AOL users: ProQuest cannot guarantee proper functionality if you use the AOL browser to search HeritageQuest Online. If you connect to the Internet using America Online (AOL), please minimize the connection and use one of the recommended browsers.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0+
• Cookies enabled

If you get an error saying Authentication Failed or Login Required when trying to access HeritageQuest Online from home, you may be experiencing a referring URL problem. The most common causes for this are:

• You are using a personal firewall.
• You tried to access HeritageQuest Online from a bookmark or by typing the URL.
